Adam Miller is a partner in the law firm and has been in the practice of law for over 33 years. He was born and raised in Adams County and is a graduate of Adams Central Community Schools. He graduated in 1985 from the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne and a 1988 graduate of Ohio Northern University School of Law.
He currently represents the Adams County, Indiana Health Department and Adams Memorial Hospital. Adam has also served as the Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Adams County, and the attorney for the Adams County Plan Commission, Adams County Board of Zoning Appeals and Adams Central Community Schools Corporation. Areas of practice include Municipal Law; Health Care; Estate Planning; Probate and Real Estate. He is a member of the Adams County and the Indiana Bar Associations.
Adam is licensed to practice law in all counties within the State of Indiana, and in the Indiana Northern and Southern Federal District Courts.
Adam serves on the Board of Directors of the Adams County Community Foundation; and is a member of his Church’s finance council. He and his wife, Susan, are the parents of two children, Bryan (1989-2006) and Krista (Brien McElhatten) and one granddaughter, Millie.
